I've been with Acecare for over ten years. Dr Zhang was and always has been the most professional and caring doctor. Their reception staff treats you like family. I had to leave a comment when I noticed their rating (must be a mistake or they were under different management) I credit them with saving my life and my continued functioning in society. A great doctor , nurse and wonderful office staff. I wouldn't pay mind to the negative remarks. You will not find a better team.
I've been seeing Dr. Zhang at his Ace Care Falls Church office for years now and my wife and I are SO thankful that we found him! I'm not on their payroll - I'm just a patient. With that said, the receptionists at this location have always been polite and kind to us. I've never had fo wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Zhang is smart, funny, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen.
