Just had a telephone consult for seeking services with new build issues. Been in home for 7 months and since first day of move in had issues they said wouldn’t fix but escalated the problem. Builders now wants us to pay upfront costs oh hotel and eating accommodations while they fix my home that’s not livable. Very nice staff! My full slate of Options could have been addressed earlier. Serving process was frustrating. Server did not follow recommendations for attempting service at specific times of day. Firm could not advise which agency was attempting service, or what that agency’s license number is. (Apparently the service was subcontracted out). I ended up paying for “attempted service”. But ultimately i arranged service of papers. While this sounds very negative my overall experience was great. And I will use ACE again.
So I am very enthusiastic and positive having them in my corner will see how the outcome is.
