Kathleen Rucano(aka. Kathy / Kelly) uses rundown minivans and conversion vans that all have fabric seats that are filthy and never cleaned, mostly all have toxic mold issues and/or reek of vomit, urine, and other bodily fluids. Absolutely disgusting! Now I know why everyone calls her "Smelly Kelly" Hampton Bays bar chasing taxi service and owner of Ace cabs!
