This company does not stand behind their product. Their instructions tell you not to send the damaged product back to the store but call customer service for replacements. They did not do that after I showed them the damaged tray that came with the product The instructions should be replaced with a warning that they only replace missing hardware and I would not of destroyed the box to send back this damaged tray parts. They kept only stating sorry for the inconvenience. Buyer beware!!!
