Company has been terrible to deal with. They lost documents, rarely return phone calls,and have delayed a closing for 4 months for no reason other than incompetence. The closing has occurred and is on record and I (seller) have received no funds and they cannot tell me why. They are not truthful and mislead. Please stay away.
