I don't know who these other raters are or which company they actually went to but I just called to make my appointment for my 4th straight year and am very pleased with their services for my business and my girlfriends taxes. Many "proper" deductions that I don't have to look over my shoulder for the IRS. And if I do get a call, they have my back.
I wish I could give this company 1/2 a star. Very rude and lacking in tax knowledge, even simple child and college deductions. Was not able to explain procedures and offered zero help for preparing future taxes. Still waiting for answers to questions I asked this past January. This is my first and only year with this company.
