Had the worst experiences after three years of filing with them been waiting since January 2025 for my returns irs said they messed up on my taxes went there to asked them to help the owner didn’t wanna listen snapped on me played victim after I told her other people had the same experience with them she snapped and told me get out and threaten to call the police on me the owner is very evil as heck I wouldn’t recommend a dog to even step foot in there
