I have been using accutax for years, they are great at what they do.
Unreliable service who does not follow through on his promises. Nor does he respond to inquiries when I tried to follow up on what happened. I had filed taxes with him last year and gave him copies of all the receipts for a deduction he suggested. He said if the CRA asks for the receipts that he would take care of sending the receipts to them. I found out now from the CRA that he never responded to their request for receipts and as a result the deduction is being removed and being reassessed to owe more taxes with interest. ... read more
