I am very positive about AccuServe. They replaced the 15.6” screen on a nearly new Toshiba laptop. It was damaged because I packed it into a suitcase instead of carrying it on a recent flight. I was pleased with the speed of service, price and performance of the screen. I could have saved some money by buying the screen and installing it myself, but I believe it is a bad idea to split responsibility among two vendors. In the office we're using a Buffalo NAS with two 1 terabyte HD's. I thought they were set to RAID 1 when in fact they were RAID 0 (my fault). One of the drives went bad and without a proper backup I had to figure out a way to get our data back. While the overall size of the files were small (110 gb) the cost of reproducing the data would be very large with some of it being unreproducible. AccuServ Same Day Service – AccuServ came out to the home. Diagnosed the problem. They called a few days later and said, ' Sony no longer has the part available." They gave me a number to call at Sony's. Low and behold, I'm getting a brand new television from Sony. Thank you so much for your incredible help. You certainly didn't need to spend much time with me, but you did anyway. If anyone ever asks if you know a good TV repair company, I will totally recommend AccuServ! You guys ar awesome! Accuserv is the best! – I had a laptop that crashed severely and James and his staff worked very diligently to get my information back. Since then I have AccuServ save my files daily. This has also been a godsend because I had another major computer issue just a year later where I couldn't access my documents. AccuServ just downloaded them all back to me virtually immediately. They are very knowledgeable and Tassie is great to work with as well. I will never deal with The Geek companies ever again.
