There's hardly a worse feeling than losing all your data on a failed hard drive. The hard drive in my laptop had all my important data on it and it failed out of the blue. It was absolutely necessary that data files for a family member's business were recovered from a bad hard drive, otherwise it would have been very costly in time and would have taken considerable effort to start completely from scratch. They called me back on a weekend when they were closed in under 30 minutes from my initial call. I did not leave my name or phone number, but the gentleman said they return their calls.
