Tamara received our tax information April 2025 for our 2024 tax return. We have never received one update or phone call on the process. I currently dont even know if they were filled at all. I have left 2 voice mails. I wouldn't recommend! Its unfortunate to because I prefer to use small businesses rather than the big name companies. They are sooo good! My husband and I have always used H&R Block, mostly because they were closer. We went from owing with H&R Block to actually getting a refund this year. We would have been paying and not even needing to if we stayed where we were. I’m so glad we found them! Will be a repeating customer for sure.
