Taxes were done wrong and took two weeks for a simple 10W40. We were scheduled for 3:00 and four customers were seen before us. We didn't get done until 5:00 and the paper shuffling and much confusion caused me to take the taxes to H & R Block. In and out in an hour. Very professional AND accurate.
