My wife and I was invited to a dinner seminar. We were very interested in learning about the topics and so made a reservation with a clarifier that we had no interest in a new financial advisor. The reservation person said no problem. The next morning, Ian called to verify my reservation details and I explained the same clarifier to which he said no problem.
