This was honestly one of the more unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. I am a manager at a construction company and work with a lot of contractors. So I’m used to dealing with all different kinds of workers. I’ve been trying to schedule a service on a vehicle that we have, and my contact with this company was very unresponsive, and when I finally reached out to tell them not to worry about messaging me back, it was met with petty commentary and immature behavior.
