Was my longtime accountant, but seemingly closed without a word in 2020. I've not heard a word from anyone here in 4 months. Meanwhile they didn't do my 2019 books or taxes. They stole my money and paperwork and now i'm left in the lurch.

One other plus is that they understand the demands of small businesses and are very good at working with them. Phyllis, the office manager, is particularly on point and responsive.
