I called in for service on a generator, office staff was friendly and efficient. Very happy with the service. Customer service was great.
Still waiting on an estimate (over 10 days to install a whole house generator. They told me a couple of days. Guess they didn’t need my money. Not impressed! Went with another company
APT completed our generator and transfer switch installation and everything works just as expected! Everyone we worked with at APT was very courteous and answered all of our questions as they came up. We started this process during storm season so it took a little longer than expected but we are very pleased with the outcome, thank you for meeting our backup power needs!
This company does not have ethics. I paid $9K in april of 2024 as a downpayment for my whole house generator, the balance was to be paid upon completion of the job. THEY COULD NOT GET THE GENERATOR THEY DELIVERED TO WORK. THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIX IT AND UNWILLING TO REPLACE IT!!! They say it's "out of our hands." AND THEY ARE DEMANDING THE OTHER $9000! They justify this by saying they paid for the generator so they're out that money. But THEY bought the Generator from Generac, not me. They should as GENERAC for their money bac... read more
