Unprofessional and incompetent. The doctor has no bedside manner and I recently realized he had my son wear bifocals for 3 years when he didn't need them (new doctor confirmed). He also told me at one time I needed bifocals but I refused them because I didn't feel I needed them. They have overcharged me a few times and try to talk me into paying for more than I need every time They have forgotten to order my daughters glasses (several times). The staff and doctor are rude and unhelpful. I will never go back.
I called specifically to get contacts, but when I arrived was told my appt was for glasses, and would have to come back another time for lens fitting. Huge inconvenience since I took off work for this appt. when I had my eye exam, after the bright flash of light I closedy eyes for a minute and the girl said "we'll I can't take a picture with your eyes closed!" The doctor also made a sarcastic comment about "going back to my 20th century lenses" since I declined bifocal contacts. And finally, when I came back for my fitting, ... read more
