It took 2 pairs of glass s, 2 eye exams and 6 weeks to screw up a simple prescription. And then Accurate Optical would only refund the cost of the glass s, not the eye exam. The Office Manager did not even ask why I wanted a refund. What does that say? Should have gone straight to Wal Mart instead. Never, ever going back to Accurate Optical in Cambridge, or any other office.
