My wife and I our on a time schedule, took work off to have them meet us at the hospital to get some forms notarized for my dad. Never got a notice that they wasn’t going to make it, didn’t answer the phone, and finally decided to TEXT they couldn’t make it at the scheduled time, and it would be a few hours. Super unprofessional if you ask me 0 stars if I could 🤷🏽♂️. Found a different notary they came johnny on the spot.
