This company is TERRIBLE. They knowingly and willingly engage in unethical billing practices with the providers they serve. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Difficult to deal with. No compassion whatsoever in understanding the situation of the patient. It is unfortunate when an insurance company does not pay a medical bill that a patient believes should be paid. It is our job as a medical billing company to file a claim with the insurance company on behalf of the patient, which we did. The insurance company, per the patient plan, pays the claim, denies the claim, or a variety of responses that fall between those two.
