Carl was so helpful in the purchase of our sauna! We were having difficulty with a different company, and Carl came through with working with me to purchase a beautiful sauna that exceeded our expectations. He is knowledgeable, responsive and very nice to work with.
Accurate industries service team is so wonderful to work with. They have honest communication and are very responsive to service requests. Matt was our technician . He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Lorraine is a huge help! She is invaluable as a resource when we are constructing complicated, precise saunas.
