They always get someone to our place quickly. Matt S had been our technician the past three years. He’s excellent — always on time, puts on shoe covers, cleans up after himself, and gets our steam generator working whenever it’s on the fritz!
We reached out to Accurate Industries, Steam & Sauna to have our ThermaSol steam shower inspected and maintained. Dealing with Dro to get our appointment scheduled was a pleasure. Matt arrived within the arranged service window to complete the work. Matt was knowledgeable and took care of the required maintenance. He even addressed a wiring issue with the unit that we were unaware of. My wife and I really appreciate the professionalism and service received.
Matt Suchy was a pleasure to work with! He even performed minor maintenance during the diagnostic process at no additional charge. Honest, responsive team that showed up on time and provided excellent service. Highly recommend Accurate Industries!
I had a great experience with Accurate Industries turning a hallway in my home into a beautiful custom sauna. Tony and Ron did an outstanding job transforming the space into a traditional sauna made out of aspen wood. They were professional, on time, and clearly take pride in their work. The finished sauna looks incredible and works perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and highly recommend Accurate Industries to anyone interested in having them complete a sauna project they may be interested in.
We unfortunately have to give this company one star. Our original appointment was cancelled due to an alleged illness from their point of contact. Later that day we were able to connect with the representative and have a phone meeting. We covered all the bases and were told we would have some more information that week. One week later and after multiple attempts to contact our representative via phone call and email we still have not heard from anyone.
