Great Company. Received exactly what I ordered. Great packaging and fast delivery.
We needed a specific thermostat for a sauna for a customer of ours in Hawaii which needed to be expidited. Loraine Barth was able to get me the information needed so we could get the item ordered and shipped in a timely matter. She walked me though the online ordering process and made sure everything was correct and followed up to let me know that they would be able to expited the shipping for us.
