I had a great experience with Accurate Industries turning a hallway in my home into a beautiful custom sauna. Tony and Ron did an outstanding job transforming the space into a traditional sauna made out of aspen wood. They were professional, on time, and clearly take pride in their work. The finished sauna looks incredible and works perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and highly recommend Accurate Industries to anyone interested in having them complete a sauna project they may be interested in.

We unfortunately have to give this company one star. Our original appointment was cancelled due to an alleged illness from their point of contact. Later that day we were able to connect with the representative and have a phone meeting. We covered all the bases and were told we would have some more information that week. One week later and after multiple attempts to contact our representative via phone call and email we still have not heard from anyone.

We initially had a great experience with Lorraine when we first purchased our saunas. She was great to work with. However, when we had to order new remotes for our LED light bar, we were passed on to their Customer Service team which has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. We ordered two new remotes at $21 each. We paid and they shipped our order. We received ONE item and it wasn't even the same item we ordered, which we aren't even sure where that item is anymore. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with! After placing my order online and paying for it, they refused to ship it because I live in a different state. They are completely unprofessional.
