Rafael and this business lied to me and told me that they had filed my taxes when they had not. They failed to communicate with me or respond when I asked for a copy of my documents. They ended up costing me thousands in penalties due to errors on my returns and not responding to the irs to confirm expenses after telling me they had. I will be taking further action as they have committed professional negligence. Do not trust this company with your business.
I've Had my taxes done here for about 3 years now as it was referred to me by my co-worker. Rafael and Jason are great to work with. Very Professional and Helpful. You do have to wait a bit as its a busy office but you only have to see them 1x a year so its not that bad to wait to get something important done. All the other employees are friendly as well.
I have been dealing with Accurate income for some and they FAILED me many many times , Rafael lies to you in your face to do your taxes and go on vacation so my account has been suspended at least 3 times STAY AWAY
