We get deliveries from accurate often. Our last delivery was so beat up, we rejected the package. Two days later they delivered the same package again. Rejected. It took a week before they returned our delivery to the original carrier to get it inspected for insurance purposes. The replaced item was delivered to them yesterday upon my request to the original carrier.. I was assured there would be no problem getting the package on the truck for delivery today. Unreliable.
Well, they called yesterday made a delivery appointment for 8:am-5:00pm, I was told that the driver would call about 1-2 hour before delivery. Well it’s 5:00 no call no show, I called them at 4:00pm and asked if their driver was still going to make it, I was told they couldn’t contact the driver. I’m in no hurry to get this freight but come on. Don’t make me wait all day and not bother to keep me informed. Let’s see what happens from here.
