BUYER BEWARE! Purchased as Christmas gift. Waited on hold four times for over an hour each time to reach live agent. Filled out form on-line for Return Authorization. No response whatsoever. Finally called my credit card company who was able to get in touch with someone. Agent told us they would issue RMA. Again waited over a week, no RMA. Called again threatening to chargeback the credit card, finally was able to get RMA. Cost $52 to ship product back to company. AND now they say 30-45 days to process refund on m... read more

Buyer beware!! Customer service is awful! I accidentally ordered a die cut I already had and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel the order because they said of COVID. Guess it’s impacted their ability to talk to the people who ship packages? Then I tried to get a required RMA for the return that I am paying for, but I never received the email. Wait time when calling is incredibly long...I spent over an hour waiting. They also have an on-line option for a ticket through their help center...and most the times I try this, their we... read more

Not happy with customer service. I have the spider web die and it is bubbling in the center, the outer foam is peeling off, and it isn’t cutting right. I received this die as a gift from a friend who has passed away. Customer service told me to contact the person I got it from and have them contact place of purchase. I really wish I could do that. Then instead of helping they give me tips for proper usage and basically say “oh well , you’re out of luck and we won’t help”.

I first bought my GO! in 2010 when I was dealing with years of pain from bone spurs that had to be removed that year. My first quilt using the GO! was a tumbler made from layer cakes that my husband rolled through the machine for me and then I sewed them together as I recovered from surgery. Now, I am making my third quilt using it, a double wedding ring. My greatest disappointment has been the lack of information on making a bed-sized quilt with this pattern.
