BUYER BEWARE! Purchased as Christmas gift. Waited on hold four times for over an hour each time to reach live agent. Filled out form on-line for Return Authorization. No response whatsoever. Finally called my credit card company who was able to get in touch with someone. Agent told us they would issue RMA. Again waited over a week, no RMA.
