Client services manager shajuan was exceptional.
Terrible. Purchased 2 complete POS systems. Tried implementing the system twice, ran into "unforseen issues" both times. Asked about returning the unused hardware, they said they couldn't do anything. One star is one too many. AVOID IN RESPONSE TO ACCUPOS' REPLY: I contacted Accupos MANY TIMES over the previous year inquiring about returning the hardware AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE until NOW!! So it's been over a year BECAUSE NOBODY THERE WOULD RESPOND!!

Shajuan and Mike did excellent work in helping us get started. Shajuan worked diligently to schedule our appointments. Mike went beyond just set up of the system and set up the credit card reader saving a meeting on Thursday. We look forward to working with them again.
