I’ve used Steve for many years and with each year that passes the service gets worse. I’ve pointed out multiple discrepancies which he assured me were correct - upon reviewing with a new tax professional they agreed that all of the things I had pointed out over the last few years were wrong, which I am in the process of amending. First ever bad review I’ve ever left in my entire life so I was slow to post. I came back to a accufile for a second year. Had a bad experience last year but thought it was a one off. Same thing this year. 2 weeks went by they forgot to file my personal taxes, thankfully I noticed this myself & when I emailed them to ask they lied (but I saw in my CRA) they submitted that day. Taxes completed incorrectly 2 years in a row. Different amounts on refund to what CRA processed. I’ve booked to see a professional today. Not worth th... read more

The worst experience I had, they lose or forgot to submit my taxes on time, and when I asked they just played me fool. It took me almost a month for them to finally processed my taxes and they did it wrong because I received less than what they told me in a formal document, they are not helpful at all. and I'm talking about my experience with Steve the "Client Director" I'll never contacting them again.
