I would not recommend using their services. Used them for a few years in a row now, previously Steve was great, but something has obviously changed... The CRA contacted me (which I was surprised by) advising that both last year & this years taxes were filed in the incorrect years, and also in the incorrect format... Typically there would be a $1000 fee (per year) to edit this... but since they saw it was filed by the same accountant 2 years in a row, they would waive the fee (thankfully they were VERY nice) as long as I get ... read more

Go anywhere else for your taxes. Do them yourself and you couldn’t miss more deductions or help yourself less even if you do them with one eye closed. One star is generous for this person (Steve is who I dealt with). Terrible service. You basically use tax software to provide him with every detail from your tax receipts and he submits… sometimes, after multiple follow ups. Was a first time client and new resident to Canada. I filled out everything correct to my knowledge, expecting some better form of dialogue with the team, but never received it. When asking for a phone call to follow up, I was asked to only handle corispndence with email. Accufile claims that I had checked a disablity box when filing which isn't the case.
