First ever bad review I’ve ever left in my entire life so I was slow to post. I came back to a accufile for a second year. Had a bad experience last year but thought it was a one off. Same thing this year. 2 weeks went by they forgot to file my personal taxes, thankfully I noticed this myself & when I emailed them to ask they lied (but I saw in my CRA) they submitted that day. The worst experience I had, they lose or forgot to submit my taxes on time, and when I asked they just played me fool. It took me almost a month for them to finally processed my taxes and they did it wrong because I received less than what they told me in a formal document, they are not helpful at all. and I'm talking about my experience with Steve the "Client Director" I'll never contacting them again.
