Accufile takes your money without doing any work. Then they ghost you when you try and reach out to get your booking keeping reports.

I’ve used Steve for many years and with each year that passes the service gets worse. I’ve pointed out multiple discrepancies which he assured me were correct - upon reviewing with a new tax professional they agreed that all of the things I had pointed out over the last few years were wrong, which I am in the process of amending. The last straw for me was him not including a very large tax deduction for one recent year. After much back and forth requesting an amendment for that, he ghosted me.
