Been using them for years with no issues but all that has changed for the worse. I ordered, from their online store, 6 pair of compression stockings back in Jan of 2022. Was told everything was backordered only after I had paid. I should have canceled and walked away right then but I was sure, based on previous experience that they would come through. Had a great initial experience back in the beginning of MAY, where I ordered 5 pairs of stockings. I was able to walk out with one pair and was told the other 4 would be 3-6 week wait. Well at the beginning of July I called to follow up and was told they were at the border and would be in within the next week. It is now almost October and still no stockings or communication. Past couple months I've had a hard time with Winnipeg medical suppliers improperly fitting my patients and even myself dealing with different vascular issues. Since finding AccucareCanada / ForYourLegs when it comes to professionalism in the industry of compression medical wear this group does it best look no further!
Noticed accucare canada merged with/is foryourlegs now online so when I went to go place an reorder for my stockings it threw me off for a second, but was able to find my way around their new website easily. Ordering experience is simple. Customer service was very helpful helping me out. Order came in reasonable time. Can't complain.
HORRIBLE! WOULD GIVE THEM 0 if I could. Worst customer service and they are are THIEVES that take your money but don’t provide your product
