Hi me and my wife went to accu tax and worked with Marzena Novak. I will say we will never be using them again. We saw Marzena in the fall and we described our situation she had us alarmed that we would be paying 7-8000 dollars. Great and very professional customer service. All questions answered and explained. Highly recommended.
She did seem very nice but I found it extremely rude and unprofessional how she kept the door open while we were having our personal finance conversation so the person waiting out in the office can hear. While the client before me had the door closed as soon as I walked in the office. Definitely not okay, felt a bit condescending. Not something someone should experience even if they will or will not be your potential client.
