Had a great experience over the phone, explained my situation thoroughly and what I was looking for, the person gave me a quote and I let them know when I would be coming in that week. Upon arriving, barely was greeted, someone just pointed to a desk to go to, sat with a young man who from the get go had this smug, unfriendly attitude, wanted my T4 slips emailed to him instead of reviewing through my computer screen, wanted my CRA account login information, all without confirming price that was told to me on the phone.
