I had a very unprofessional and concerning experience when I went to pick up a load on December 26/2025 at around 6:30 PM. I arrived on time and conducted myself professionally, simply trying to complete the pickup as required. One of the employees became aggressive and hostile for no clear reason and began yelling instead of addressing the situation calmly. IF YOU PICKING UP. GO TO SHIPPING!!! FOLLOW THE RED ALLOW ON THE PHOTO!! THEY OPEN @ 6PM. Put 2 STRAPS OR. 2 LOAD BARS IN THE BACK!! Good black dude working in the back made the process easy 💪!!!
