Great gym with top-quality machines and super friendly staff. It’s never too crowded like the big-name gyms on the Gold Coast, so you can actually enjoy your workout without waiting around. Highly recommend!
As a short term visitor, I’ve found it to be a very welcoming environment. It’s an extremely well equipped gym with a great variety of equipment and incredibly friendly staff and owner. Always very clean too. The idea of the Health Hub is fantastic. Everything you’re looking for in one location. Highly recommended gym.

Great Gym. Lisa and the team are fantastic to train with. They encourage you to dig deeper when you don't think you can !! I love that the classes are changed around every couple of months so you get a range of workouts and really enjoy the 5:30am classes. If you are looking for a gym with great staff and members this is the one for you. THIS IS NOT A RACIST GYM AT ALL. Before I gave them 5 stars of the review. But I knew they changed the price secretly to Korean after my review. OMG. I THINK THAT IS KIND OF RACISM. It is the worst gym in the world if racism exists. :(
