what is accoutrements? they are the original maker of those creepy masks like the famous horse mask. quality of the mask is great. they do smell really bad though so you need to let it air out before wearing it. better plan way ahead or you'll be sniffing on fumes and end up real high! i didn't buy directly from their store but through amazon. price is pretty cheap for a great mask and plenty of laughs to be had! they carry plenty of funny items too. great novelties maker!
