I was working with them to pay off an old collections account and I missed one payment due to family reasons so I called to pay double since I missed a month & they said I have to pay my entire balance in full or else they were garnishing my wages. Mike used to be pleasant to work with and now not at all. Not understanding people what so ever. Horrible.
These people are incredibly rude and the fellow who called hung up on me as I was explaining to him I have never owed a $26,000 debt from 2006. He was very argumentative and refused to listen to me.
Sent a claim about an account closed out 4 years ago. paid in full to close. Won't give me any information besides saying I owe them money but still requests every piece of info Social, Full name, phone, address. If you don't have it then it is not legit.
One of the worst companies I experienced dealing with. Lane is rude, impolite, stubborn person I've ever had to encounter. He is unwilling to listen and work with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. This company is unprofessional and needs to be put out of business.
I received a call from this number a few minutes ago. All they said is this " My name is Lane. I am with Account Receivable on 40th and Main. I need to verify who you are. Please give me your date of birth and your home address" I continued to as who exactly he was and why he needed the information. This Lane character stated he was Lane with account receivable and needed to verify who I am. I told him there way no way I was giving some random stranger that information.
