This company is unethical! I purchased two courses. I wanted to return one of the courses. I did not use the product code. I called customer support and they said I could return the course because I did not use the product code. They had me send back the course and I am in no longer in possession of the product. When when I did return the course they would not refund my $250 because I did not return the course within 14 days of the phone call when they said I could return the course. Great company with friendly employees and a wide variety of certifications. It has great content and visuals.
Great company, provides college level content for a fraction of the cost. Would highly recommend to get training or certification through ATU. I love that when I call them I speak to a person right away when my call is answered and not a machine.
