I tried to call up asking a simple question about if you would help me with filing a tax return and he abruptly and rudely turned around said “how did you hear about me and who recommended or referred you” , I responded “ I want online read a positive review about you and decided to call “ W an abrupt and sharp tone he stated He would NOT and he didnt work with anybody that’s not referred to him and abruptly hung up the phone Totally unprofessional totally rude and just a complete and total power trip ask like an elitist
