I would not use Risa to do your tax returns. As far as I can tell she is a fraud. I hired her last year to do my mothers tax returns and she never did them. I uploaded the required documents and many email communications with her as well as phone calls and nothing. I have been trying to verify if my mother's tax returns were indeed done by her and nothing. I literally have sent 17 emails to Risa asking the status of my mothers tax returns and nothing.
