Horrible experience RUBEN D.ROSAS. He's lack of professionalism it's unbelievable this person it's so arrogant to the point to be yelling and humiliating me when when all I was doing was asking questions for a service a paid and please be careful on hidden fees.

I had been a loyal customer at Ruben Taxes for years, always filing on time and trusting them with my tax needs. Unfortunately, a clerical error made by his daughter, Desiree, went unnoticed for four years—even though I came in every single year and paid on time. Not sure what this wanna be tough guy with the fake name, Toe Peschi, is talking about, but Ruben and his team are extremely professional and very patient, willing to answer and explain any and all questions I have. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Sometimes you get what you give.
