Can’t speak on their actual services but I booked an appointment and showed up on time for it but they only saw people based on the time they walked in and not the appointment time. The person who walked in before me even said “I’m just walking in, he has an appointment, you can take him first” and the staff said “but you walked in first.” Sat there for 40 min after my scheduled time before I left. I understand tax season is busy but don’t overbook appointments if you don’t have the necessary staff to accommodate them
