Absolutely the worst company you could entrust to handle anything for you. They never answer calls, texts, or e-mails. It takes days to weeks to get back to you. You will basically be ignored until they feel like getting back to you. They’ll forget to file your taxes with the IRS. I’m not sure how they’re still in business.
We have been using Accounting Solutions’ service for over 13 years. They are highly efficient and reliable. I highly recommend them.
I used this company to handle my taxes for my 2 small businesses. They do not return phone calls or emails in a professional manner. Each time I have contacted them it has taken 2 weeks to get a response. A small business cannot rely on this type of unprofessional accounting services. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
