I called to speak with them about my tax situation as I was getting ready to apply for a mortgage. They responded, via text, that they could not provide me with a quick turn around. At no point did I state that this required at quick resolution and I am disappointed that they did not at least reach out to get more information before simply declining to help.
They are the best! Very helpful, very knowledgeable.
I had been searching for a good tax person for years. Finally found marlys. Had her for 1 year and then she retired. I was skeptical of the replacements, but I was so wrong! Very knowledgeable and as much as I hate tax season, I got a good feeling from Jay. He really cared about us and did an excellent job making sure that we got all the deductions we could have. Highly recommend!!
