The worst business experience I have ever had. Jon Girodes actually collected money for services that I would later find out he had no intention of completing. Instead of handling any issue, or refund, he literally wouldn't answer a single call, email, or text. I have dealt with the silent treatment in children, this was my first adult experience. It seems the other Google reviewer ran into a similar issue.

Fast service. I received more of a refund then using Turbo Tax like I did in the past. My lien and wage garnishment was removed quickly. Im a fan for life. Thank you.
