Making our appointment was easy. Their location had ample parking. We worked with Felicia, she was professional, efficient and informative. We got the best rebate possible, some great advice and I found the fee to be fair and competitive with my previous accountant.
Poor communication, exorbitant fees, and incorrect tax information submitted. I paid a couple hundred dollars, and she incorrectly filed my taxes, shorting me by at least a couple thousand dollars. She also charged my mother (retired elderly woman) over $1000. Disgraceful. I would not recommend to anyone. Much better off going to H&R Block in the future.
We have been using Felicia Soares as our accountant for a few years now. She is wonderful accountant to us very smart, well spoken, and she takes the time to answer any of our questions which I really appreciate that she takes that extra step to get back you as fast as she can knowing she is so busy. I highly recommend Felicia Soares for any of your accounting needs.
WATCH OUT for Luis Pacheco! He will get you the minimal refund possible to avoid doing extra work
