This was a great experience Felicia was professional, knowledgeable and very quick getting this completed- first time I e needed to file professionally so turned out to be a great experience- I will go back next year
This was my third year going to TaxLink to file my income taxes and I will definitely continue each year. Getting an appointment is very easy and I am in and out in a timely fashion., Jill is wonderful. I find them reasonably priced.

Making our appointment was easy. Their location had ample parking. We worked with Felicia, she was professional, efficient and informative. We got the best rebate possible, some great advice and I found the fee to be fair and competitive with my previous accountant.
Poor communication, exorbitant fees, and incorrect tax information submitted. I paid a couple hundred dollars, and she incorrectly filed my taxes, shorting me by at least a couple thousand dollars. She also charged my mother (retired elderly woman) over $1000. Disgraceful. I would not recommend to anyone. Much better off going to H&R Block in the future.
