The absence of basic tax IQ , humility, and Alan's aversion to "forward thinking" are the key components here at Accounting Plus Services. Don’t ever use them!! Although I have personally not had experience with Alan one of his employees did my taxes 3 years ago and sent me a letter that they were being e-filed but never filed them! She took payment and never did the job…I am just finding this out now and I am the one left with the penalties!! When I reached out to her she pretty much told me oh well she isn’t even a cpa so nothing she can do and she closed her practice so maybe I can PAY her boss to do the job she supposedly already did for me!! I worked with this company for several years and things seemed to be solid and then they fell apart. The communication completely broke down with no return calls, emails, and untimely work. I had to go elsewhere in order to get my business back to a workable point.
