I have had my taxes done by Tammy since I was young, about 40 yrs worth!! We were friends, I always had her cell phone # and I could call her about anything!! She's changed phone # s & now a person can't ever talk to her, she will never call u back! We had a buissiness too on top of everything else She & Acct Plus have become VERY UNRELIABLE!! Send ur stuff to her 1st wk in Feb & the last 2 out of 3 yrs she filed for extensions on our stuff without telling us!! Too much to tell u all about,, NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!

This year is taking forever to hear anything about our taxes, no communication from them at all. Very crappy service this year.

Very disappointed with Accounting Plus for my taxes from 2025. I dropped them off on Monday February 2,2026 and as of of Tuesday April 7,2026 they hadn’t been looked at. My taxes are very simple taxes from social security where I had money coming back. I ended up taking them back on April 7,2026 and only have 8 days to complete them. Customer service is very poor and your phone call call never gets answered.There is very poor communication going on in that office. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I dropped my Taxes off in February and I called multiple times asking if they where done and they said they would call back its now April and I told them that I was coming and that they better be done I showed up and they didn't have my taxes done saying they where next in line and that they where almost getting to them. yeah right we have been going here for over 10 years and I don't know what happened but Tami is the only one there that does the taxes 1 person doing thousands of peoples taxes is terrible.

Used Accounting plus for years had no issues. They had to cancel an appointment due to internet issues. We were told they were going to call us the next day to reschedule. We have bit heard back from them even after leaving multiple messages asking to reschedule. Now we have taxes that need to be done and no one to do them. Very disappointed
