I have always done my own taxes. However, when both my parents passed away 7 years ago and assets were left to me I didn't want to make a mistake. A trusted friend referred me to ****** and she was so helpful and patient with all my questions. She has been doing my taxes ever since. I will never go anywhere else. I would give her 10 starts if I could.
I would also give her a zero Stars if I could. I installed solar panels on my house in 2020 and one of the main incentives to having solar installed on your home is that you will receive a tax credit from the government that will help to pay for it so that is more affordable or you could even use that tax credit to do whatever you want with. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Me and my family had been working with Jan for many years. I was audited in 2012 and the IRS found that I owed $3000 in unclaimed gambling wins. I took the paperwork to Jan so that she could do an amended return and solve my problems as people had spoken highly of her. She kept me on the hook for over 3 years making every excuse in the book for why it wasn't dealt with. My father suggested this lady to me, and I think she needs her license revoked after I 'worked' with her. She sent in my paperwork without having me sign for it or consulting me, she fraudulently put in wrong information, I didn't get a copy of my taxes. I just got a state check for what I believe to be a false amount, saying there was an error with my taxes.
