I do not recommend using this company. They threw me around to multiple different people which was very confusing as I was starting my first new business. I thought that they were going to be doing my taxes but when I ask them about taxes they aren’t even informed about tax related things. And when I went to go on my own, they said I could have complete access to my QuickBooks account, but to transfer it to the website they charge you $250 because it doesn’t transfer properly so really you don’t have access to your QuickBook... read more
Accounting by the books have been taking care of me for more than 8 years. Lori and her team have always provided the highest customer service and although i have had 3 different cpas over this time Accounting by the books has been a constant. Every cpa ive had tells me how throughly my books are kept. And they have recommended them to their clients. But for me its the personal customer service i receive that keeps me a very happy client.
