Not too good! For a few years Andrea Bone and company prepared and sent in my income tax return. Each year the price went up until for 2023, I paid over $500.00. This year, for the 2024 return, I took my paperwork to Jackson Hewitt, they opened an office at Walsingham plaza. Bill, the fellow there called in a few days for me to pick up my documents. He gave me the package and said that I didn't owe any tax and so, no charge. When I pointed out that Andrea Bone charged me for years, he just shrugged his shoulders.
All they want is your money, no responses back from them after MULTIPLE messages, emails, phone calls and even person. Front desk lady Patty is rude and loves to make excuses. Told Andrea would contact me and never heard back. Just an office of incompetent people that seem to hate their jobs! SO MANY OTHER ACCOUNTANTS LITERALLY ON THE SAME STREET! GO THERE-NOT HERE!!
I'm a contract graphic designer, and finances/taxes were the last thing I wanted to spend my time learning about and navigating, though it is an unquestionably crucial part of running a business. I tried it on my own initially and became overwhelmed quickly. I am so happy to have found ABP and that I have a specific team assigned to me. They are quick to respond to any questions I have and I know I am in good hands. Working with them allows me focus on other important areas of my business.
