Poor customer service/attitude. Person answering the phone was not a good listener. Seemed like he was just waiting to say "I don't know" before you even finish asking/telling him something.
After starting my business several years ago I quickly realized that doing my own accounting and taxes was a terrible idea. I said goodbye to TurboTax and hello to Harold and the team at Accounting and Tax Services.
