Curious what is going on? I have been there yesterday (Monday) 12:15 pm and today again 11:40 am and you are not open when you say online you are open- also the phone just rings and then the call is dropped? Does anyone know what is going on? I need to pick up my taxes! Are you open tomorrow- Wednesday June 25? This is the sign for the last two days…..
I went on March 6th to file my taxes because I didn’t want to wait in line or stress out after coming back from my trip — and what did I find? They hadn’t been sent due to an error with my Social Security number. I didn’t receive any email or phone call. Luckily, I decided to go and ask what had happened with my taxes, since it had been 34 days since my initial submission and I hadn’t received any updates.
My husband and I had our tax returns filed today having been dropped off a week ago. We were pleased with the service and the manner in which they were presented and explained to us by Ms. Rabani Buber prior to our signing for filing. She was a pleasure to deal with in answering any questions we had. The file we received was complete and well organized. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.
Aaina is very helpful with taxes. She is so fast and efficient. I was there last year and it took almost 3 to 4 weeks for my taxes to complete but this time its like miracle ; Aaina did my taxes righy away. Highly recommend
