Joe has been doing our personal and business accounting and taxes for almost 15 years now. The staff has always been friendly, and Joe treats me like family. I’ve had other CPA’s before but unlike Joe and his team, they always treated me as a number. Well I guess that’s what they work with all day so why not?🤣 Not at Accountax, they really go above and beyond to make sure you either get the most or don’t have to give Uncle Sam needless payments. Thank You Accountax for the wonderful service through the years!
Joe was supposed to process the taxes of a deceased family member. The documents were sent to Joe in April, but he started processing them in late September. Now, approaching the deadline, it turns out that the forms need to be corrected, and Joe will not respond to my phone calls or emails. I find it unacceptable that I've been billed $850, yet I can't even get a return phone call or email.
Highly recommend, first time seeing a CPA and made experience very easygoing.
This CPA office exceeded our expectations and the office staff was very friendly and professional we highly recommend this Tax and Bookkeeping CPA office to all our clients and business associates.
